This meeting will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will receive an email confirmation with your estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we will schedule your installation day. Scheduling an Appointment -Booking Methods: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or by visiting our office in person. - Advance Booking: We recommend booking your gutter service at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. - Confirmation: Once your booking is received, we will send a confirmation email or text message with the appointment details. 2. Consultation and Estimates - Initial Consultation: A free initial consultation will be scheduled to assess your gutter needs and provide a detailed estimate. - Estimate Validity: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. 4. Payment Terms - Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments by cash, check, or major credit cards. - Additional Charges: Any additional services or materials required will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. 5. Weather Policy - Weather Delays: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new suitable date. 6. Customer Responsibilities - Access to Property: Please ensure that we have clear access to the work area and that any obstacles or hazards are removed prior to our arrival. - Pets and Children: For safety reasons, please keep pets and children away from the work area during the service. Satisfaction Guarantee - Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, we will remburse your down payment.
